Yes. Downtown work is mostly high-rise: condo storage rooms, in-unit lofts and balconies, shared basement and utility rooms, and multi-level condo parking garages. We use low-odor, fast-curing polyurea and polyaspartic systems suited to occupied buildings.

We coordinate freight-elevator access, loading docks and after-hours work with building management so your neighbors and tenants are barely affected.

We schedule freight elevator and loading dock times in advance, carry the certificates of insurance most downtown buildings require, and stage equipment to protect lobbies and common areas.

For parking structures we can phase the work deck-by-deck or lane-by-lane so the garage stays partly open throughout the install.

Residential epoxy flake runs about $5–$7/sqft and polyurea-polyaspartic flake $5.50–$7/sqft installed, including surface preparation, materials and labor. A single condo storage room or small garage bay often falls in the $1,250–$2,500 range.
