Yes. We're an Illinois-bonded, fully insured concrete floor coating contractor with general liability and workers' comp coverage. We can provide a certificate of insurance for commercial customers, property managers and HOAs on request.

We cover the entire Chicago metro from three branches:

Northbrook — North Shore and northwest suburbs (Northbrook, Deerfield, Glenview, Evanston, Barrington, Arlington Heights, Skokie, Elgin).

Lombard — western suburbs and the city (Naperville, Wheaton, Downers Grove, Elmhurst, Oak Park, St. Charles).

Mundelein — Lake County and northwest (Vernon Hills, Libertyville, Lake Zurich, Waukegan, Gurnee).

We also travel for select projects in southern Wisconsin and northwest Indiana.

Residential: garage floors, basement floors, outdoor patios, pool decks.

Commercial: salon & spa, warehouse and industrial, parking garages, mechanic shops, retail.

We install five system families — polyurea/polyaspartic, epoxy, solid color, quartz broadcast, and metallic epoxy. We pick the system based on the slab, the use, and the budget.

Yes. Every project ships with a written, project-specific warranty matched to the system installed: limited lifetime on eligible residential garage installs, 5 years on residential basements and exterior surfaces, and 3 years on commercial floors. Diamond grinding mechanically removes paint, sealer, mastic and weak surface material — and creates the concrete profile coatings need to bond. Acid-etching can't remove paint or thick sealer, and the residue it leaves behind is one of the top reasons DIY epoxy projects peel within a year or two.
